We coach you on leveraging LinkedIn and networking. You start applying with confidence using your new materials. We’ll check in on progress and adjust strategies as needed.
As interviews start rolling in, we schedule your mock interview sessions. You’ll receive targeted feedback and improve immediately.
We prepare you for negotiations. When an offer comes, we’ll have a strategy session so you maximize your compensation and sign that offer knowing you got a great deal.

Absolutely – all our services are available à la carte. However, this complete package comes at a bundled discount compared to booking each item individually. If you only need a resume or just interview coaching, you can certainly opt for those services alone. But if you’re looking for end-to-end support, the comprehensive package offers the best value and continuity.
We know you’re busy. Up front, you’ll need to spend a couple of hours providing input (via our questionnaire and kickoff call). After that, expect to devote time for the coaching sessions and to apply to roles using your new materials. Typically, clients spend a few hours a week on their search when actively applying. We aim to make the process efficient by focusing on high-impact activities – so no wasted time on ineffective applications.
This package includes support for 2 months (which is often enough for many clients to land an offer). If your search extends beyond that, we can discuss extending support or moving to a lighter maintenance plan. We’re committed to your success and can be flexible – many clients check in periodically until they secure the right role. Our relationship doesn’t abruptly end; we truly care about you landing that dream job!
